About the sale of products
Delivery time
We usually ship within one week from the date of your order (or the date when payment is confirmed if you pay by bank transfer).
*Pre-orders and scheduled sales will be shipped at the time listed on each page.
However, delivery may be delayed if the product is out of stock or during busy periods.
Additionally, it may take some time depending on traffic conditions, weather, and region.
Handling of defective products
Please be sure to check the product upon delivery.
If you receive a "defective product" or a "product that is different from what you ordered", please contact us by email or phone within three days of receiving the product.
We accept returns and exchanges only for unused defective items. Please send the item within 7 days of receiving it. We will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you pay by credit card, depending on the timing of your cancellation procedure, the product price may be deducted once by the credit card company.
In that case, your credit card company or our company will refund you. The refund will be by bank transfer.
The transfer fee will be borne by us if the item is returned for our reasons, but if the item is returned due to customer's circumstances, the item will be borne by the customer.
