How to Order
Please select the color and size of the item you want, then click "ADD TO CART." After that, go to YOUR CART and click "Go to Purchase Process" to proceed with your order.
Order history
You can check the order confirmation email automatically sent to the email address you registered after placing your order.
You can also view your order history on your My Page after logging in.
Order changes and consolidation
We cannot accept any changes to your order (such as adding or changing items) after it has been confirmed.
Items will be shipped each time you place an order. Thank you for your understanding.
About pre-ordered items
Pre-ordered items may require additional time for shipping. Please check the delivery schedule indicated on the product page before placing your order.
About membership registration
Register as a member
You can register as a member by filling in the required information on the registration screen, reviewing the details on the confirmation screen, and clicking [Register].
After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Membership registration is free, with no membership or annual fees.
Once registered, you can view your order details, order history, and registered addresses on your My Page.
If you check the box for "Receive news" when registering as a member, or check "Receive news and offers by email" on the order confirmation screen during purchase, we will send you emails with updates on new products, member-exclusive information, and more.
Update membership information
If you would like to change your customer information such as your address or phone number, please log in to your My Page → Account Information → View Registered Address → Edit.
Forgot your password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the screen below. A password reset email will be sent to your registered email address. Please enter your email address and click the "Reset Password" button.
Cancel Membership
If you would like to cancel your membership, please contact us directly via the inquiry form or by email. Your membership information will then be deleted.

Shipping method
*Currently, we ship to the following countries: Japan, the United States, Australia, South Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
Shipping fee
*If the total amount after applying a coupon is 44,000 yen (tax included) or less, a shipping fee will be charged.
Although free shipping will be displayed at checkout, we will adjust the shipping cost and notify you of the final total in the order confirmation email.
*Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery date and Time specification
Delivery date
Items in stock are usually shipped within 1–3 days from the date of your order.
Backordered or pre-ordered items will be shipped after the scheduled shipping date indicated on the product page.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination. For detailed delivery status, please contact the shipping company directly using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
*Please note that delivery may be delayed due to year-end holidays, busy seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery guidelines
If an item is returned to us without prior notice, refused upon delivery, or if there are repeated returns due to customer convenience, we may decline future orders from the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
Additionally, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.
About overseas shipping
We currently offer shipping to the following countries: the United States, Australia, South Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
* All orders will be shipped via EMS.
* Please note that customs duties will be charged separately to the customer.
* We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to differences in image, size, or customer preference after purchase.
If you would like to place an order from other countries, please use the forwarding service "WorldShopping."
* Please be aware that when using a forwarding service, we cannot accept returns or exchanges even in cases of defective or incorrect items. Kindly use the service at your own discretion.
* Some products, countries, and regions are not supported by "WorldShopping."

Cancellation, returns and exchanges
Cancellation
We are unable to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been placed, including adding or changing items. Please make sure to carefully review your order details—such as size, color, price, and quantity—before completing your purchase.
Returns and exchanges
We carefully inspect all products before shipping and take every precaution to ensure proper handling.
If you receive a defective item, such as one that is dirty or damaged, we will promptly replace it with a new one.
Additionally, if you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges and cover the return shipping and handling costs.

*Please also note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to customer preferences, such as differences from images, size issues, or a change of mind.
Cases where returns and exchanges are not accepted
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
*Examples:
・Items that have been used
・Items received more than 8 days ago
・Repaired or cleaned items
・Items with scratches, stains, or odors from perfume, cosmetics, etc.
・Items that cannot be returned in the same condition as when delivered, including all tags, labels, packaging (boxes, bags, etc.), and accessories
・Items returned with a shipping label affixed directly to the product packaging (such as a shoebox)
・Sale items (including discounted or special price items) and pre-order items
・Items that come into direct contact with the skin, such as accessories, socks, and tights
・Returns made without prior contact
・Returns that are deemed to be in unacceptable condition by our staff
Shipping fee for returns
If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
For credit card payments
We will cancel the payment or adjust the amount with the credit card company.
If a debit has already been processed by the credit card company, the refund may be issued in the month following the debit month or the month after that.
