Profile Saori Hala
Choreographer, artist, dancer. Based in multiple cities, including Berlin, Tokyo, Yokohama, and Kobe, he produces performance-style works with the theme of "body attributes." His creative style of practicing choreography across a variety of media including objects, light, sound, and text along with his own body has attracted attention, and he won the 9th Elsur Foundation Newcomer Award in the Contemporary Dance category.
He is actively involved in the cultural scene such as music and fashion, and is engaged in a variety of activities. Previous collaborators include Otani Noo, Yamakawa Fuyuki, Oda Tomomi, Kakudo Masumi, Hasunuma Shuta, U-zhaan, NIKE, BLESS, and more. Completed his studies at the Department of Design at Tokyo University of the Arts and Dance at the University of the Arts, Berlin.
